Important! New Updates!
So, we have been updating a few things, specifically for Unit 2 over the pass couple of days. We had to complete some unscheduled maintenance, so took our chance to make some necessary improvements based on learner feedback and also from NCFE moderator feedback.
➡️ We have added intro videos to our Unit 2 task with our Sport Specialist, Steve!
➡️ All quizzes in Unit 2 show awarded points to give the learner an idea of the level of response expected.
➡️ There are some exemplar answers and higher level exemplars for some of the longer question quizzes.
➡️ There are warnings that quizzes are not saved until completed, so learners may wish to type longer questions in a word doc before submitting if they wish.
➡️ Based on Moderator feedback, there are two new mini assignments for Unit 2 LO1.2 and Unit 2 LO2.2. These will need to be completed at some point in order to complete the course- you may be asked to go back to Unit 2 if you have already passed this point. (If you wish to leave this to the end, just get in touch and I can approve now so that you can come back to it when you wish to complete these- just message me).
If you have any issues, please get in touch and hopefully I will be able to resolve your issues swiftly.
I hope these modifications help, Debs
L2 Sport Notice BoardWelcome !
I’m Debs and the founder of Aced Qualifications. I’m your first port of call if you have any questions regarding the course or accessing the portal. Feel free to get in touch with me via Facebook Messenger, by email or through leaving a comment on the portal through the ‘Assessor Chat’ feature and I will get back to you as soon as I can.
The ‘Assessor Chat’ feature can be found by clicking ‘Assessor Chat’ from the top menu bar, once logged into your course. Please bear in mind that even though you are free to reply to feedback comments on the portal, I will only see these while viewing your specific profile, so for a timely response, please use the ‘Assessor Chat’ support ticket feature.
The first task you’ll be required to do is to complete the new online T&C form, along with submitting your learner’s ID. The I.D. is a requirement from the awarding body NCFE, however if you have any questions regarding this, just pop me an email or support ticket through the ‘assessor chat’ feature.
You may have already seen this YouTube tutorial about accessing the course, pinned on the Facebook group, but I’ll pop a link below in case you haven’t seen it.
If you are a Facebook user, you may be interested to know we have a closed group, called Aced Ambassadors, where learners or adult facilitators can join and contribute within a safe space. You can ask questions to the group, post tips or even celebrate your learner’s work. Here’s the link below if you wish to join:

As with all of our courses, they can be completed in a time frame that is suitable for the learner as there are no fixed deadlines or end of course exams, however we understand that some learners wish to complete in a certain time frame. The sports qualification has 4 units to successfully complete in total, so if you’d like to complete this course within a year for example, I would suggest to complete one unit per 2 months, with a little break in between. As there are no fixed deadlines or end of course exam, learners can work at a pace that is suitable for them.
As I said, I’m always here to help, so please just shout!
Debs 😊
