Thank you for enrolling with ACED Qualifications. Upon registration, you should have gained access to your course via our learning portal. All course materials and essential information needed to commence your course will be provided via our learning portal.

Course Withdrawal:
– ACED Qualifications will endeavour to contact the learner as soon as possible if the awarding body gives a notice of withdrawal for the learners registered course in order to give learners sufficient time to complete their course. Please note, there is usually two years notice given in these circumstances and often there will be another option provided by the awarding body.
One-time Payment “Cooling Off” Period:
– A two-week “cooling off” period allows the learner or adult facilitator to request a refund, minus a £25 admin fee.
